Hotel Reservation Payment and Cancellation Conditions

The Symposium Secretariat has reserved a number of rooms in different price categories at special rates for the Symposium. Hotel accommodation will be confirmed once Symposium Secretariat has received the completed “Registration & Accommodation Form” not later then deadlines stated in General Information.

After confirmation of the Hotel reservation by the Symposium Secretariat, the participants have to pay the hotel deposit, equivalent to the total of one-night accommodation fee (the form for Hotel chosen and available at the moment will be send to you).

Please, paying the hotel deposit use Booking Code: “EC-RF Symposium”

In case of payment by credit card, the remaining amount for the hotel accommodation will be charged by the Hotel on May 29, 2006. Payment by Bank transfer must also be received by the Hotel by May 29, 2006.

Notification of changes in reservation and/or cancellations should be done in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. We regret that the hotel deposit will be kept as cancellation charge for cancellation received after May 15, 2006.
